Export Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement export sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Identify new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis covering pricing, competition, regulations, and consumer trends.
  • Lead strategic expansion initiatives across key regions (GCC, Europe, Africa, Asia, etc.).

 Distributor & Client Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and key account partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and annual business agreements.
  • Monitor distributor performance and support them in achieving annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with importers, wholesalers, and retail partners.

 Export Operations & Documentation

  • Oversee export documentation including invoices, packing lists, health certificates, and freight documents.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, customs procedures, and trade requirements.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely shipments.

 Trade Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to global trade regulations, import requirements, and export controls.
  • Monitor changes in trade laws, tariffs, and certifications required for global markets.
  • Resolve export-related issues including customs delays, non-compliance cases, and documentation discrepancies.

Pricing, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Develop export pricing structures aligned with market conditions and cost indicators.
  • Forecast sales volumes, trends, and budgets for international markets.
  • Prepare periodic reports on market performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Trade Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Coordinate with Marketing to execute international campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage product registrations and labeling requirements for each market.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing investments in each region.

 

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, finance, and quality departments to fulfill export requirements.
  • Ensure production capacity aligns with export demand forecasts.
  • Provide market intelligence to support product development initiatives.
