  • Support in end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and align procurement strategies.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing requirements to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative products.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the procurement function.
