Purpose of the job
This role drives sales and ensures customer satisfaction by engaging clients, managing orders, and closing deals. It supports business growth through proactive outreach, effective product presentation, and timely customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers that make an order through online platforms.
- Handling daily customers orders via contact them through a call to confirm the orders.
- Present and sell company products or services to new and existing customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Track and record activities on accounts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers via phone.
- Present our products in a compelling way that leads to conversions.
- Close deals effectively, with the customer
- Tracking order to ensure that order is delivered.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Assist a customer with tracking their orders and providing updates on its delivery status.
- Implement customer order on our App and tools.
- Send a daily report to WH and concerning Dept to deliver the customers orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries via call
- Promote new products or services to potential clients
Job specification
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, related field preferred
