  • Conduct routine inspections and audits of the workplace to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks in the production environment.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Deliver HSE training sessions and toolbox talks to employees to promote a safety-first culture.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of emergency response plans and drills.
  • Monitor the use and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper usage by all staff.
  • Collaborate with management and production teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations.
