Job Details

Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Organize, maintain, and update administrative and technical files, records, and reports in line with company policies.
Provide administrative support to management and technical teams.
Follow up on activities related to chemical formulations and technical documentation.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and governance standards.
Provide professional administrative support to executives, managers, and technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Coordinate and schedule technical and administrative meetings, prepare agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
Prepare, review, and format official correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documentation.


Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry or Related field).3 to 7 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced office environment.Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
