1- Client Relationship Management: ▪ Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients. ▪ Understand client needs, goals, and risk appetites to provide personalized financial solutions. ▪ Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide ongoing portfolio updates and reviews. 2- Sales and Business Development: ▪ Identify and acquire new affluent clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies. ▪ Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services, including deposits, loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance. ▪ Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. 3- Financial Advisory Services: ▪ Offer comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to clients. ▪ Work closely with wealth management teams to offer portfolio management, mutual funds, and other investment products. 4- Customer Experience: ▪ Deliver superior customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and efficiently. ▪ Ensure clients have access to exclusive privileges, priority services, and lifestyle benefits. ▪ Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve any service issues. 5- Risk and Compliance Management ▪ Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank policies during client interactions and product recommendations. ▪ Conduct due diligence on clients as KYC (Know Your Customer) & AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks. ▪ Monitor client transactions to identify and mitigate risks. 6- Market Awareness and Networking: ▪ Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant advice. ▪ Actively participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
