- Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies to achieve company sales targets in international markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for the company’s products, expanding the global customer base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Oversee the entire export process, including documentation, logistics, compliance with international trade regulations, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all export laws, regulations, and documentation requirements in target markets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the export sales team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in export management, international sales, or a related field within the manufacturing sector.Proven track record of successfully managing export operations and achieving sales targets in international markets.Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics processes.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make informed strategic decisions.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel internationally as required.Ability to work on-site in 6th of October City, Cairo, Egypt.
