Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Hurghada for a Rental Sales Agent. The Rental Sales Agent will handle customer service operations, assist customers with car rental inquiries, process bookings, and provide support during check-ins and check-outs. They will focus on meeting customer needs, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through professional and clear communication with clients. Key responsibilities include ensuring a positive customer experience, handling queries effectively, and promoting company services.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in Car Rental operations and understanding of rental agreements. Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to guarantee positive client experiences. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members. Proven Sales abilities to meet targets and promote company services effectively. High level of professionalism and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with mobility solutions and automotive services is an advantage. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in using reservation systems and basic computer applications is desirable. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
