- Coordinate daily operations across various online marketplaces (Amazon, Jumia, Noon) to ensure seamless product listings, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and update product information, pricing, and inventory levels to maintain accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns and optimize product visibility.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics and generate regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and positive brand reputation.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.

2 to 5 years of experience in marketplace coordination, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.Strong understanding of online marketplace platforms and e-commerce best practicesDetail-oriented, tech-savvy, and strong in Excel/analytics skills.Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and similar portals is preferred.
