  • Supervise and manage the technical office team including engineers, draftsmen, and quantity surveyors.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals before submission to the consultant.
  • Coordinate with the site team to ensure technical support during execution.
  • Prepare, review, and verify BOQs and quantities take-off for all civil and architectural works.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and project requirements.
  • Review and manage material submittals and method statements.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
  • Follow up on project progress and provide periodic reports to the Project Manager.
  • Control and maintain updated project drawings and documentation.
  • Participate in value engineering and cost control discussions
