Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end personnel operations including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Fully utilize Odoo HR modules ( Recruitment, Attendance, Leaves, and Payroll).
- Process monthly payroll, benefits, and deductions accurately via Odoo.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and social insurance regulations.
- Handle employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
- Generate detailed HR reports and analytics using Odoo.
