Job Objective
To lead and supervise the social media team across all specialties, ensure the smooth execution of daily and weekly workflows, and maintain high-quality output in alignment with the Marketing Manager’s strategy and plans.
Daily Responsibilities
Assign daily tasks to team members and set clear priorities.
Monitor execution and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Provide direct and constructive feedback to improve work quality.
Deliver clear, comprehensive, and guiding briefs to new team members.
Manage the daily workflow and ensure smooth collaboration between team members.
Review content before submitting it to the Marketing Manager for final approval.
Review designs prior to publishing and ensure compliance with the approved brand identity.
Ensure posts are fully prepared and scheduled for publishing on time.
Monitor moderation activities and ensure the quality and professionalism of responses.
Ensure consistent use of the approved Tone of Voice across all platforms.
Verify the accuracy and correctness of all published educational content.
Handle publishing issues, comments, or crises promptly and professionally.
Support team members facing delays in task delivery and help resolve obstacles.

Weekly Responsibilities
Ensure alignment between content, design, and marketing campaigns to maintain consistency.
Execute the Marketing Manager’s strategy and translate the monthly plan into clear actionable tasks.
Explain campaign plans and phases to the team and assign responsibilities for each phase.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Marketing Manager after attempting internal solutions.
Follow up on work progress with the Marketing Manager on a daily and weekly basis.
Attend meetings related to course planning and publishing schedules.
Evaluate the speed and quality of moderation responses and submit recommendations for improvement.
Assist with urgent or ad-hoc tasks when required.
