Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and cultivate prospective customers through door-to-door outreach, as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Present and demonstrate products, explain features and benefits, and address customer questions and concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics (contacts, presentations, and conversions).
- Capture accurate customer information, update CRM/system records, and maintain organized documentation of sales activities.
- Schedule follow-up meetings and maintain ongoing relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share market insights.
- Provide timely feedback to management on pricing, promotions, and customer objections to inform business decisions.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Entry-level; willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required by the territory.
- A valid driver’s license may be preferred depending on the territory; reliable transportation is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software are advantageous.
