Responsibilities

Guide operators on PVC Compounding Lines to ensure optimal production processes.
Conduct tests on materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Schedule production and orders to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
Check and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality.
Assist the Chemist Manager in overseeing production processes and resolving any issues.
Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, implementing solutions to fix them promptly.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports by collecting and analyzing data.
Maintain and update data sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and other relevant documents regularly.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with operators and other team members to optimize production processes.
Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Stay updated with new technologies and processes in the field.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
Collaborate in developing and manufacturing of new PVC Compounds With R&D Team.
