Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new export markets and business opportunities.
* Manage end-to-end export sales operations, including sales negotiations, pricing, contracts, and shipment coordination with related parties.
* Monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and after sales operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate closely with logistics, operations, quality, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management review
* Analyze market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities in target export markets
* Ensure compliance with international trade terms (Incoterms), export standards, and company policies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and buyers.
