  • Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of sanitary ware products.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Ensure the safe handling, storage, and transportation of products, adhering to occupational safety and environmental regulations.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and automated technologies to track inventory movements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to schedule shipments, manage inbound and outbound deliveries, and resolve any logistical challenges.
  • Analyze warehouse performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse facility.
  • Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
