  • - Managing the unit through the ADFS application for the investor.
  • - Monitors the attendance and departure of the sales representatives and supervisors.
  • - Increasing the unit's sales by assisting the investor in expanding the business volume (increasing the      number of sales representatives – raising targets).
  •  Supervises and trains the Retail Sales Supervisors.
  • Monitors the achievement of the daily/monthly sales target for the distribution unit and initiate plans for the continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and provides the daily reports.
  • Monitoring the correct activation of the handheld device in the distribution units.
