  • Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for elevator and escalator components.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve workflow.
  • Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels to meet project deadlines.
