Area Sales Manager (West Delta)

  • Visit customers on a daily basis to follow up on planogram, share of shelf, and out-of-stock products.
  • Monitor stock levels efficiently for each merchandiser to ensure proper inventory management and product availability.
  • Report product deficiencies to the distribution company representative for order processing.
  • Set weekly and monthly plans for the area to ensure alignment with overall sales objectives.
  • Monitor merchandisers' progress and provide coaching and training to improve their skills and capabilities to achieve KPIs.
  • Perform PDC (Plan, Do, Check) with merchandisers and team leaders to provide feedback and coaching if necessary.
  • Handle route cycle and store route show activities to ensure effective coverage of the assigned area.
  • Ensure the availability and visibility of UCMENA products in traditional trade stores.
  • Monitor POS materials and samples (FOC) stock and deliver them to sales team.
  • Conduct regular intelligence price surveys to monitor competitor performance and provide insights for responsive action.
  • Enhance area performance measured in sales volume, market share, and merchandising.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to provide feedback on performance status and address any issues.
  • Prepare required reports and submit them to the direct manager in a timely manner.
  • Maintain good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Approve days off and sick leaves for his/her subordinates, ensuring proper planning and coverage.
