Role Overview

  • The Risk & Audit Liaison Specialist acts as the central coordination point between internal audit, external audit, risk management, and the IPO program. 
  • This role supports compliance with governance requirements, ensures continuous update of risk registers, and follows up on corrective actions essential for IPO readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all internal and external audit activities related to IPO readiness.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Corporate Risk Register.
  • Follow up with departments on corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
  • Prepare monthly risk and audit reports for the PMO, Executive Management, and Audit Committee.
  • Support readiness assessments and audit reviews performed by advisors.
  • Ensure transparency and compliance with CMA and internal governance requirements
