  • Identify and engage prospective wholesale clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new business customers.
  • Present and promote company products and services to wholesale clients, addressing their needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
  • Process orders, manage sales documentation, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.


Skills

  • Minimum of 10 year of experience in sales, preferably in wholesale, B2B, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
