We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to work remotely, responsible for managing and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms with the goal of maximizing ROI and enhancing overall campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, TikTok, Snapchat, and X Ads.
Monitor and analyze daily campaign performance and optimize results based on key metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS).
Prepare periodic reports highlighting advertising spend efficiency and propose performance-improving solutions.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with the brand identity.
