Loss Elimination - Define and monitor the non - value added expenses within the Supply Chain Variable cost in order to eliminate losses, through analyzing the conversion cost elements (casual labor, Energy consumption, Flour & packaging material losses)
- Support the waste elimination projects with the relevant area owners in order to eliminate losses and monitor the cost saving projects' implementation with monthly reporting to ensure target is fully achieved.
- Reporting RM & Packaging Losses against BOM on monthly basis, monitor action plans developed to offset hits
