About the Role This is a quota-carrying revenue role focused on driving expansion in existing accounts and closing new commercial opportunities. You will own all commercial conversations, lead negotiations, and be responsible for delivering expansion revenue, supported by our CSM and PS teams. You may also be expected to engage in new business outbound pipeline generation as required to support revenue targets. What You’ll Do Revenue Ownership & Expansion Own a portfolio of paying customers and lead all commercial motions: renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and plan upgrades. Identify whitespace opportunities and grow accounts through product expansion and increased seat adoption. Attach Company Lean’s Professional Services starter packages to all eligible deals to drive value and increase ACV. Lead commercial strategy for plan upgrades, pricing negotiations, and multi-workflow expansions. New Business Sales (as required) Run full sales cycles for outbound-generated opportunities; from discovery to demo support to closing. Lead commercial presentations and align solutions with business needs (with technical support from PS/Pre-Sales). Build strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders. Sales Execution & Forecasting Create accurate forecasts and maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene. Prepare proposals, pricing offers, and commercial terms aligned with Company Lean’s revenue strategy. Drive consistent, measurable revenue outcomes across your portfolio.

Skills

Your Experience & Skills Required 3–4+ years in B2B SaaS sales or account management with a strong focus on driving revenue. Demonstrated success in closing, upselling, cross-selling, and managing commercial negotiations. Strong experience managing pipelines, forecasting accurately, and operating in a quota-driven environment. Ability to present confidently to executives and senior decision-makers. Native Arabic and fluent English (written & spoken). BA/BS degree or equivalent, relevant work experience. Preferred Experience with CRM tools, ERP/work-management platforms, or similar SaaS environments. Exposure to Professional Services scoping or selling technical/implementation add-ons. Ability to run structured demos or value-based presentations (with team support)
