• Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for agricultural and dairy production facilities, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain departments to align maintenance activities with operational goals and schedules.
• Establish and manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Analyze equipment performance data, identify root causes of failures, and implement effective solutions to enhance reliability.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to improve maintenance efficiency and asset longevity.
• Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
