- Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for agricultural and dairy production facilities, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain departments to align maintenance activities with operational goals and schedules.
- Establish and manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
