Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and walking clients through property sales processes. The role includes meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on market trends and competing offerings. The Sales Associate will also assist in training sessions and collaborate with the sales team to execute strategies effectively.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to understand client needs and build positive relationships Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client accounts Skill in Training and mentoring team members to improve overall sales performance Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency in market analysis and an understanding of real estate development is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in a real estate or sales-driven environment is preferred
