Role Description:
- The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting comprehensive market research, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s sales and expansion objectives.
- Daily responsibilities include:
- Analyzing market trends and assessing opportunities.
- Developing strategic partnerships with clients, developers, and contractors.
- Executing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
- Providing exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams to meet revenue targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Comfortable working in an on-site office environmentWillingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required. Preferred Candidate Profile:Background in furniture sales is highly desired.Exposure to real estate developers, interior design consultancies, and contracting companies is a plus.Degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Engineering is preferred.
