- Manage and oversee daily quality operations across production areas (Hot End / Cold End / Packaging).
- Monitor product quality performance and ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Lead quality supervisors and inspectors, ensuring proper implementation of inspection procedures.
- Identify defects and operational issues and lead root cause analysis with production teams.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans and ensure effective implementation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards.
- Review quality KPIs and operational reports and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain required documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality consistency and operational efficiency.
10–15 years of experience in Quality within industrial manufacturing; preferably in glass, pharma, or food packaging.Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP preferred).Previous experience in leading quality teams within operations or production areas.Solid knowledge of process quality, in-line inspections, defect analysis, and root cause investigation.Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage daily operational activities.Ability to analyze operational and quality KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital quality reporting systems.
