  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and optimize financial performance.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee treasury functions to maintain the company’s financial health.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies during audits and financial reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance productivity.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles.Proven track record in managing full-cycle financial operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising finance professionals.Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.High attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Ability to work on-site (office-based) and collaborate effectively across departments.
