Overview
The Gallery Coordinator & Sales is responsible for the smooth operation of the gallery, supporting exhibitions, managing logistics, and handling client relations and sales. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach to client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate exhibition logistics including artwork handling, installation, and documentation.
• Maintain inventory records, price lists, and consignment details.
• Support gallery sales through client communication, follow-ups, and invoicing.
• Build and maintain relationships with collectors, visitors, and institutional partners.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, press releases, and event coordination.
• Welcome guests and provide an informative, engaging experience at the gallery.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, client relations, or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Confident, professional presentation and client-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
