Job duties & Responsibilities: · Identify and track tender opportunities through official portals, client communications, and partner networks.· Review bid requirements, terms, and technical specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance.· Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, procurement, legal, operations) to gather required inputs for proposals.· Prepare and compile all bid documentation including technical, financial, and administrative sections.· Ensure that all submissions meet quality standards, deadlines, and client requirements.· Maintain a database of submitted bids, success rates, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.· Participate in bid clarification meetings, presentations, and negotiations as required.· Support the development of pricing strategies and commercial models in coordination with management.· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client procurement practices.· Contribute to process improvements in proposal management and documentation templates.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.· 3–5 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or bid management — ideally within the IT or technology solutions sector.· Strong understanding of IT products and services (infrastructure, networking, software, cloud, or cybersecurity).· Familiarity with government and enterprise tendering procedures (local and international).· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and document management tools. Experience with CRM and tender tracking systems is an advantage.
