About the Client

Role Purpose
We are seeking a Mechanical Tender Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in contracting or tendering projects (preferred batches: 2021–2023). The successful candidate will support the preparation of tender documents, analyze project specifications, and coordinate with the estimation and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Study tender documents and identify mechanical scope requirements.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical data.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and tender guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely tender packages.
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents during tender stages.
