Deployment & Control\: Handle the solution activities of Line of Sight, Access & Global Deal, Technical civil solution & Telecom Egypt and Service Integration & Activation. Monitor the filed LOS activities flow and select random audits with subordinate on the contractors to ensure activities are carried / implemented in full alignment to Etisalat standard and processes. Line of Sight (LOS) Scope\: Allocate & review LOS for new customer after receiving LOSM from TRM planning and MISP. Assign & follow up with LOSM with SC and vendor to proceed in LOS Survey. Review received LOS reports and send LOS reports to TRM planning to assess the need action. Access & Global Deal Sites Scope\: Following up the sites access requests with the network management / site retention teams. Request and follow up GD actions / sites that need permission. However, not classified as GD to follow directly with SRT like factory, hotel …etc. Receive SRT & GD tam feedback and review and validate their feedbacks. Send the blocked & chronic cases to SRT & GD team and escalate issue to management. Consolidate site sharing access requests after fulfilling data needed such as dish size power rate to the peer in operations department, track requests follow up with them to grant fulfillment of action within agreed SLA. Technical civil solution team and Telecom Egypt Scope\: Review the plan & consolidate the final plan received on weekly and monthly basis from planning team to TSS Team for STA. Pass access feedback and request tower loads from TRM planning for cleared sites. Upload the tower loads over NIM tool for technical civil solution team to check and feedback. Confirm on the needed STA for the normal & GD sites with technical civil solution team. Follow up with technical civil solution team daily basis the progress of the planned actions. Request and track TE actions (approvals, STAs & retrofitting) along with the needed weekly riggers. Service Integration & Activation Scope Integrate and activate the B2B connection with transmission operation teams. Create B2B customer routers management VLAN with IPBB and Transmission operation teams. | Follow up with Transmission operation teams to proceed with new creation and activation | Test the services with MISP and customer. | Troubleshooting on the connection with TX BO, TRM planning and MISP | Close connection with MISP after the services up and according to SLA |
Field Following Up and Audit\: Field audit visits to ensure subcontractors work quality and following Etisalat standards. Operational Flow\: Develop frequent communications and weekly or monthly summary reports based on B2B project plans, status and recommendations. Host frequent meetings with stakeholders to review the progress, define the areas of enhancements, and work on keeping the implementation ahead to the plan and reporting budget and market share situation. Frequent meetings with team to review the progress and needed support. Full alignment with MISP and Commercial teams for heated connections and special event assuring full plans of solution and implementation are aligned with planned SLA. Raising Flags\: Communicate to direct manager all field issues that required direct intervention/support. Refer to direct manager upon meeting any chronicle issue. |
