About the Role SKY Healthy Food is looking for an energetic and customer-oriented In-Store Usher to represent our product range inside retail outlets. The role focuses on engaging with shoppers, promoting brand awareness, driving product trials, and maximizing conversion through professional presentation and communication. Key Responsibilities Act as a brand ambassador at the point of sale by engaging shoppers and promoting assigned products. Create awareness and educate customers about the brand (e.g., pasteurized egg products). Promote and communicate product benefits clearly to encourage purchase decisions. Ensure proper product display, stock levels, and alignment with brand presentation standards. Support sampling, tasting, or demonstration activities when applicable. Collect shopper feedback and share insights with marketitor and report competitor activities, prices, and promotional tactics in-store. Maintain professional appearance and behavior consistent with the company���s image. Qualifications High school diploma or bachelor���s degree preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality. Basic product knowledge and ability to explain key benefits clearly. Professional grooming and presentation skills. Excellent time management and reliability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
