Oversee all daily and monthly accounting operations within the factory and head office.
Prepare and review periodic financial reports in accordance with approved policies and accounting standards.
Monitor industrial costs, analyze variances, and ensure the accuracy of inventory and production data.
Supervise and review customer and supplier accounts, including bank reconciliations and ledger accuracy.
Lead the monthly and annual closing processes and prepare financial statements.
Ensure proper documentation and control of invoices, expenses, and financial transactions.
Enhance and develop accounting policies and procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
Analyze operational costs and expenses and provide recommendations to support financial decisions.
Supervise the accounting team across factory and administrative sites, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide all required documents.
Support senior management in preparing budgets and analytical financial reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years as a Chief Accountant in an industrial company.Strong knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles.Advanced experience with accounting systems, preferably ERP systems.Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and guide a team.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-up skills.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.High level of accuracy, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
