- Conduct chemical and physical tests on raw materials and products throughout various stages of production.
- Ensure products meet local and international quality standards.
- Prepare inspection and analysis reports and accurately document test results.
- Follow quality procedures and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Investigate product defects or deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality and reduce waste.
- Monitor the storage of chemicals and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety procedures in the lab or production facility.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
have experience in Cement, Paper, or Plastic Manufacturing
- Solid knowledge of chemical testing and analysis methods.
- Proficiency in using analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer).
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good reporting skills and ability to work within a team.
- Proficiency in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
