Human Resources Generalist (Qalyub )

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
  • Support recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Ibn Sina Pharma’s values and mission.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced or large-scale organization.Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.Willingness to work onsite in Qalyub and adapt to changing priorities.
