Responsibilities:

Supervise the execution of building construction projects from foundation to final handover.
Prepare and review shop drawings, architectural, and structural plans.
Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
Inspect the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and approved standards.
Coordinate between various disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical) to ensure project integration.
Prepare periodic progress reports for management and highlight any issues or challenges during execution.
Supervise work teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health requirements on-site.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in building construction.
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, or similar).
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Knowledge of Saudi building codes and safety standards is an added advantage.
