- Organized and capable of handling office financial accounts, accounts payable as well as collections .

- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointments. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Handling customers inquires.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, secretary, or administrative support role.Females onlyExcellent in computer skills.Works under pressure.Living or close to Sheikh Zayed .Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
