-Managing the full shipment process from booking to final delivery.
-Issuing customer invoices and handling account settlements.
-Communicating with overseas agents via online platforms for both air and sea shipments (export/import).
-Preparing and submitting ACID documents on the "NAFEZA" platform for export procedures.
-Handling online data entry and tracking in the NAFEZA system to streamline customs clearance.
-Ensure on time & Pro-Active communication and reports .
