About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and play a strategic role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, leading HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with department heads and management to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs.
Support performance management processes and advise on employee relations matters.
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law.
Analyze workforce data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
Contribute to compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
(Preferred) HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.
Candidates residing in or near Damietta Governorate are preferred.
