Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Gerber CAD systems in a manufacturing or apparel environmentStrong understanding of garment construction, particularly for high-durability or protective wear.Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate design specifications into accurate patterns.Familiarity with CE-certified materials and international safety standards is highly desirable.Strong organizational and documentation skills for managing digital pattern libraries.Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving production requirements.Strong communication skills to liaise with design, production, and quality control teams.
