This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in El Obour. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR department and handle key functions such as recruitment, employee performance management, development of HR policies, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include designing and executing training programs, managing employee relations, payroll administration, and ensuring workplace satisfaction. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will assess and enhance HR processes to align with organizational goals and contribute to creating a supportive and productive work environment.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition.
Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Development, and Training Coordination.
Experience with HR Policy Development, Payroll Administration, and Compliance with Labor Regulations.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills, with proven ability in Employee Relations Management.
Analytical and Organizational Skills for managing HR processes and workflow improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in HR software and familiarity with local labor laws.
Experience within the garment industry is a MUST
