Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements
- create and register Selling Invoices , Purchasing Invoices and Journals
- collect and deposit checks and related banking transactions
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents
- Provide financial analysis and support to management
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical accounting practices.good level in English language (reading/writing)
