We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Department Head to lead and develop our sales operations in the steel industry

Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans
Maintain and expand relationships with key clients
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market activities
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
Experience: 3–7 years in sales management within the steel or construction materials industry
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Excellent command of English and computer literacy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
