- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive, home appliance, security, and architectural glass sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their technical and commercial needs.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers, ensuring optimal glass solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote Dr. Greiche’s products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, reporting regularly on pipeline status and sales performance.
- Provide post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and coordinating with service teams to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related field).5-7 years of proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in the glass, construction, or manufacturing industries.Strong understanding of flat glass products, applications, and processing technologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build lasting client relationships.Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
