What is Rise?
Rise graduate program is Raya's annual program for fresh talent with 0 - 2 years of experience to go through a unique journey! Every 3-4 months you rotate in a different department or company to get a hands-on exposure which will excel your career.
This year we have 14 different tracks you can apply to and become a full time employee immediately!
AI & Machine Learning Track: You'll build intelligent systems that learn from data to automate decisions, predict outcomes, and create innovative products within the finance department at Raya Holding.
Business Development Track: This involves finding new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence and revenue at Raya Smart Buildings.
Business Solutions Track: You'll analyze business challenges across departments and design, implement, and manage technological or process-based solutions to solve them for clients at Raya Customer Experience.
Human Resources (Talent Management) Track: Your focus will be on recruiting, training, developing, and retaining high-performing employees to ensure the organization has the right talent. 2 vacancies are available at Aman Holding and Raya Restaurants.
Human Resources (Total Rewards) Track: You will design and manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees at Raya Holding.
IT Sales Track: This track involves selling technology products or services to businesses, requiring a blend of technical understanding and strong persuasive skills at Raya IT.
Marketing Track: You will promote services by understanding customer needs, developing compelling content, and executing campaigns across various channels at Raya Customer Experience.
Product Management Track: You will act as the "CEO" of a product, defining its strategy, features, and roadmap based on market needs and business goals. 2 vacancies available at Aman Holding and Raya Trade.
Restaurant Operations Track: This involves overseeing the daily management of food service establishments, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and excellent customer experience at Raya Restaurant's chains.
Strategy Track: You will research market trends, analyze competitors, and develop long-term plans and initiatives to guide the company's overall direction and achieve competitive advantage at Raya Holding.
In Process Control (Engineering Track): You'll design, implement, and monitor automated systems to maintain production quality and efficiency within strict operational limits at Raya Electric.
Production & MRP Planning (Engineering Track): This involves optimizing manufacturing schedules, managing inventory levels, and planning material requirements to ensure smooth and cost-effective production at Raya Electric.
Quality Control (Engineering Track): You will establish and enforce standards to inspect and test products throughout the manufacturing process, guaranteeing they meet specifications and customer expectations at Raya Electric
Research & Development (Engineering Track): You will explore new technologies, design and test innovative products, and refine existing ones to drive future growth and technological advancement at Raya Electric.
