  • Efficiently process rental requests and contract extensions for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system.
  • Register and maintain accurate data for new clients within the CRM system.
  • Assist in the setup of the Mix Tenant for Genena City, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Prepare annual reports on unit rentals, providing insights and data to management.
  • Ensure agreements comply with established policies and regulations during the initial phase.
  • Inform tenants about technical and legal aspects of agreements prior to contract signing, effectively addressing inquiries.
  • Ensure all contract documents are thoroughly explained and signed by clients; manage the documentation process for tenant agreements.
  • Provide timely solutions for clients experiencing late rent payments.
  • Enter, extract, and submit contracts to the legal department for review, ensuring all parties receive their signed copies.
  • Notify relevant departments of new leases, confirming tenant possession and compliance with contract terms.
  • Process cancellation requests and contract transfers, ensuring all outstanding dues are settled before vacating.
  • Handle activity change requests with prior approval from senior management.
  • Deactivate canceled contracts and maintain an organized filing system within the CRM.
  • Provide ongoing support to tenants during the finishing and setup phases, including decoration and merchandise display assistance.
  • Review and obtain management approval for decoration and signage designs for leased units.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate tenant needs and achieve operational objectives.
  • Guide tenants on procedures per facility policies and ensure clarity on contractual inquiries.
  • Ensure that unit details on lease applications and contracts align with actual specifications, including dimensions and pricing.
  • Provide clients with operational policies and violation guides, securing tenant signatures upon receipt.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal departments for comprehensive contract reviews before client signatures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including vendor, client, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
  • Maintain an organized repository of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on contract-related matters.
  • Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and key milestones.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices affecting contract management.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field.1-3 years of proven experience in contract management or a similar role.Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and risk management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze complex documents and identify key issues.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,…) and contract management software.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
