- Supervise all on-site electrical work, including power, lighting, low current systems, and MV/LV installations.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, architectural) to resolve design and execution conflicts.
- Review contractors’ shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests.
- Monitor installation progress and perform inspections to verify adherence to project quality standards
- Ensure proper testing and commissioning of all electrical systems before handover
- Participate in technical and progress meetings with consultants, contractors, and client representatives
- Review and validate as-built drawings and close-out documentation submitted by contractors
- Identify site issues, propose technical solutions, and escalate critical problems when necessary
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Solid understanding of electrical systems (MV/LV), fire alarm, data & telecom, lighting control, and BMS.2~5 years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.Familiar with national and international codes and standards (NEC, IEC, NFPA, etc.). Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, site safety, and testing/commissioning protocolsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under site conditions.Excellent site coordination, communication, and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is a plus.
