- Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate effectively between Production, Warehousing, Purchasing, and Quality departments.
- Prepare Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ensure material availability ahead of production schedules.
- Follow up on production execution and resolve any delays or conflicts.
- Analyze machine and labor capacity, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvement actions.
- Prepare production performance reports (plan adherence, productivity, downtime, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing environments (preferably multi-stage production).Strong proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
